This Glossary consists of Sanskrit terms used by Sri Aurobindo in his writings in English. The English equivalents are, almost wholly, in his own words. Roots in Sanskrit are known for their multi-significance and it will be seen in these pages how Sri Aurobindo uses them to bring out varying shades of meaning.
